This 1949 booklet pane of 6 U.S. Airmail Stamps is in Mint, never hinged condition.  The 6 cent airmail stamps feature the DC-4 Skymaster.  This sturdy and reliable airliner was frequently used for mail transport.  Some are still in use today.  One modified DC-4 Skymaster is used to clean oil spills.
