Released in 2009 to celebrate the 100th year of Naval Aviation, this Solomon Islands Souvenir Stamp Sheet features a Short 184 Seaplane. Named not for its length but, rather, it’s designer Horace Short, the Short 184 Seaplane was a torpedo bombing seaplane used during WWI.
