The 1999 Isle of Man 822a Stamp Booklet Pane features 4 lifeboat scenes in celebration of the 175th Anniversary of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. The RNLI is a truly amazing organization which exists primarily upon donations. It is responsible for saving well over 100,000 lives since it began in 1824. This special collectors Booklet Pane has been postmarked on the 1st day of issue, March 4, 1999. It has 4 labels, including the IBRA 99 Internationale Briefmarken Ausstellung (1999 International Philatelic Exhibition in Nuremberg Germany) label. The following postage stamps are part of the pane:
