In 1990 the United States and the, then, U.S.S.R jointly issued these 4 commemorative stamps featuring Ocean Life. This U.S. Stamp Block of 4 features Sea Lions and an Otter designed by Vladimir Beilen of the USSR and Killer Whales and a Common Dolphin designed by Peter Cocci from the US. The stamp block is in Mint, Never Hinged Condition and has the following stamps:
- 1990 U.S. Stamp #2508 – 25 cent Killer Whales
- 1990 U.S. Stamp #2509 – 25 cent Northern Sea Lions
- 1990 U.S. Stamp #2510 – 25 cent Sea Otter
