Description
This 1969 Semi-Postal Stamp set from Germany features Horses. This special stamp series carried an additional surcharge to benefit the youth of Germany. The German Federal Post Office had released more semi-postal stamps than any other pre-unification postal authority in Germany. This stamp set is in Mint, Never Hinged condition and contains the following stamps:
- 1969 Germany B442 – 10 + 5 Pfennig Stamp – Pony
- 1969 Germany B443 – 20 + 10 Pfennig Stamp – Work Horse
- 1969 Germany B444 – 30 + 15 Pfennig Stamp – Hotblood Horse
- 1969 Germany B445 – 50 + 25 Pfennig – Thoroughbred Horse
