Description
The 15 Franken Postal Horse Rider and Guard Stamp was issued by the, then, French Protectorate of Saar to commemorate Stamp Day in 1951. This particular item is especially interesting in that it is a gutter pair. Gutters are blank spaces left by postage printers for later cutting between perforations. This special stamp pair is in Mint, Never Hinged condition. Quantities are very limited.
